Overview
These Bonus Terms govern all bonuses and promotions offered by Dada8. By participating in any bonus or promotion, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, along with the general Terms and Conditions applicable to all gameplay on the site. In case of any conflict between these Bonus Terms and Promotional Specific Terms, the Promotional Specific Terms prevail.
Eligibility and Account Restrictions
Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet the age and jurisdiction requirements specified in the site’s Terms and Conditions. A single bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address, device, email address, telephone number, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Dada8 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses in cases of duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, or other improper conduct. Employees, officers, and certain affiliated personnel are excluded from offers unless stated otherwise.
Types of Bonuses and How to Access Them
- Welcome Bonus — a one-time offer granted after the first qualifying deposit. Activation and eligibility are defined in the Promotional Specific Terms. The bonus must be activated before any deposit-related wagering begins.
- Deposit Bonus — additional funds credited based on the amount of the qualifying deposit. Details of the match percentage, minimum deposit, and maximum bonus amount are defined per promotion.
- Free Spins — spins on selected slot games. Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the Promotion terms.
- Cashback — a percentage of net losses returned to the player within a defined period, as specified in the Promotion terms.
- Reload and Loyalty Bonuses — recurring offers for existing players, based on deposits, loyalty status, or other qualifying activity, as defined per promotion.
Activation and Opt-In
To access a bonus, players must opt in or activate the offer in their account or as directed by the Promotional Specific Terms. If a player engages with a deposit before activating a bonus, the bonus may not be granted or may be forfeited. If a bonus is not triggered, contact customer support to assign the bonus manually.
Wagering Requirements and Contributions
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount and issued funds. Typical bases are as follows:
- Casino welcome/new-player bonuses: 25x
- Deposit-based casino bonuses: 25x
- Free spins: 45x equivalent wagering on winnings from spins
- Sportsbook bonuses: 16x on the bonus amount
Contributions toward wagering vary by game type. In general: slots contribute 100%, table games 10%, and most live dealer or certain games are excluded unless specified. When a promotion includes mixed wagering (real balance and bonus balance), winnings are split proportionally between real and bonus funds according to the distribution of the stake.
Example: If a wager of 60 is split 50 real and 10 bonus, and results in 420 in winnings, the distribution would be approximately 350 to real balance and 70 to bonus balance, subject to the applicable rules of the active bonus.
Balance, Bets, and Wagering Order
When a bonus is active, bets are drawn first from the real-money balance. Winnings generated from bonus-funded play are added to the real-money balance unless otherwise specified by the promotion. If real-money funds are insufficient to cover a wager, the outstanding portion may be deducted from the bonus balance, if permitted by the promotion.
Restrictions, Limitations, and Exclusions
- Maximum Bet during bonus wagering: €5 (or the equivalent in your currency) per bet, per spin, or per game round unless a higher or lower limit is specified by the Promotion terms.
- Excluded Games include jackpot-focused and certain high-risk games, live casino, and other games excluded by promotion terms.
- Only one bonus type can be active on an account at a time. If multiple bonuses exist, wagering is applied to the active bonus, and once completed, the terms of the previous bonus cease to apply.
- Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and are subject to the operator’s right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
Expiry, Forfeiture, and Cancellation
Bonuses and their wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the period defined for each offer. If the period expires, the bonus funds and any winnings attributed to those funds may be forfeited. If you withdraw funds before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited. If a bonus is canceled or removed, any associated winnings may be voided and deducted from your balance.
Bonus Abuse and Compliance
Engaging in bonus abuse or prohibited practices may result in the rejection of bonus claims, forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings, account suspension, or closure. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Using multiple accounts, shared devices, or colluding with others to claim or exceed bonuses.
- Manipulating software, exploiting loopholes, or using automated tools to gain an advantage.
- Masking IP addresses or using VPNs to circumvent restrictions.
- Engaging in bets or strategies designed to exploit the wagering requirements (including disproportionately high bets that circumvent risk controls).
- Any activity deemed illegal or fraudulent under applicable law or by the operator.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Cashing Out
You may withdraw your original deposit at any time, subject to standard verification checks. If you request a withdrawal before satisfying the wagering requirements, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited. If you withdraw after meeting wagering requirements, you may transfer eligible winnings to your cash balance in accordance with the Promotion terms.
Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Compliance
The Bonus Terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to the operator. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail. Promotional Specific Terms may provide additional jurisdictional and compliance details, and those terms take precedence where applicable.
Birthday Bonus and Special Promotions
Occasionally, players may receive birthday-related bonuses or other time-limited promotions. These offers are subject to the same eligibility and wagering rules described herein and in the Promotional Specific Terms. The right to award such bonuses is at the sole discretion of the operator and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Changes to the Bonus Terms
The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus, or to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in bonuses after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It remains the player's responsibility to review the current terms before engaging with any bonus.
